STEPPING STONES
It’s always difficult to undertake a balance challenge that is safe - the design features that we have introduced (stable metal bases, pins to secure planks and playsafe timber) ensure that you can focus on facilitation rather than accident avoidance. This is a powerful team activity that puts the focus on team unity and collaboration. It’s harder than you think when one plank is 20cm shorter than the others!

TEAM STILT Walker
Wooden and steel structure with 8 lines for a team challenge. 1 participant balances upright on the middle horizontal while the rest of the team guide it around a designated area to achieve a mission set by the facilitator.
TYRESHIFTER
Tyre-Shifter offers facilitators the opportunity to make hugely valid points regarding team approaches for improvement. Effective communication is essential in order to discuss and define roles and responsibilities. Analytical thinking, communication and trust must be employed if teams hope to see rapid improvement throughout the process. Effective teams will appoint specific roles to team members (tyre shifters/managers etc). These roles are interchangeable of course but it presents facilitators with the opportunity to talk about strengths and weaknesses.
